Responsible for requirement communication, implementation, development, and deployment follow-up of graph database and related projects before going live. Also responsible for post-launch issue follow-up, iterative requirement collection, and promotion of customer-side applications. Able to guide customer requirements, negotiate deliverables and delivery timelines with stakeholders, and assist technical personnel in formulating plans.
Timely coordination of resources from all parties, monitoring project progress and implementation costs, preparing risk contingency plans, and ensuring efficient project advancement.
Accountable for customer success, establishing regular communication mechanisms with customers, collecting cross-departmental and cross-level requirements and feedback, assisting sales in cross-department business expansion, and promoting product growth.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field, with at least 1 year of client-side project management experience. Additional consideration given to candidates with experience in databases, data warehouses, data analysis, or artificial intelligence-related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and effectively managing customer expectations.
Strong planning and execution abilities, organizational and coordination skills, proficient in problem analysis and resolution, capable of timely handling major project issues and risks.
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and detail-oriented, quick learning ability, willingness to travel. Candidates with a software development background are preferred.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the following industries: Enterprise services/computer software/big data/artificial intelligence.
Positions in database-related roles such as development/presales/operations are a plus.
